The hotel is just across the street from where the ferry arrives -easy to find and a great location. At the moment, the ground floor is being refurbished but this did not affect our quiet and comfortable stay above. We had a clean, spacious room which opened onto a large terrace looking directly onto the port.
All the staff were very friendly and the manager was keen to be available and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel made a great base for our holiday on this beautiful island.

The room was spacious, we had two balconies with a view to the see (over the road).
The location was good for us, close to the see and to several places which we could reach by bikes or by car. There was no market close by, but that was not a problem for us.

This is the first place that i have stayed that honestly and 100% deserves a 10. The host was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. He will help with anything you need. Our apartment was cleaned daily and we got fresh clean towels every day. The host brought us fruits cakes daily. When we left he gave us homemade olives and wine. Truly exceptional. Other than that, the place is in a great location, close to the port with grocery stores, restaurants and coffee places nearby. Highly recommended.
I and my partner had a very nice week at Villa Maria. Our studio was big, safe, comfy, clean and quiet. We had almost all amenities for a home; kitchen tools, fridge, TV, air conditioner, mosquito nets, hair dryer etc. A smiling lady cleaned our place and renewed our sheets and towels every day. The hotel is at a very convenient location and the sunset view was breathtaking! My room was clean, comfortable, quiet (just as I specifically asked) and reasonably priced. The hosts were very kind, hospitable people and also helpful, as they made sure to provide all the information I needed about the island. The host was amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned very often. The house is situated in a quiet spot, but at the same time you can easily reach supermarket or restaurants on foot. My whole family was very happy with our stay. We recommend especially the olive oil we bought from the host.
