I want to stress a very friendly and kind welcome from Dimitra and from her excellent mother. The place provides everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The apartment is excellent equipped, clean and comfortable with terrace and sea view. Beach is in close proximity, just to cross the street. We regret that we just stayed only four nights, should have stayed longer.
Recommended to all to visit Lappas apartments and Evia island.

The accommodation was excellent value for money, freshly redecorated, quiet and comfortable. Everyone was superbly relaxed and we felt totally at home. Great location, near the sea, beautiful scenery, quiet village, small but clean room, little equipped kitchen, but it is enough for a short stay, extremely small bathroom, very uncomfortable to shower. The village of Ilia is idyllic.
We have visited this hotel quite a few times now and as always had a great time. Excellent location, perfect cleanliness. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming.

Beautiful place, great location- just above the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the porch where you can hear the waves. Vicky the owner is super nice! Talking with her was great, she helped us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place.
Quiet and beautiful object and surroundings. Really pet friendly object!!! Beautiful beach without many people in front of object. Great balcony with fantastic view. Comfortable beds, nice sheets with sound of see make our sleep excellent. Apartment was cleaned and garbage taken away every day. Towels and sheets changed every 3 days. There is towels for beach too. Excellent and very polite stuff, especially Vicky and her efforts, our holiday was perfect!
This place was very calm and restful! People are nice and respectful. The beach in front of this place and the view is amazing. The host are kind. Room is very clean even if the bathroom is small and especially the shower!
