The studio apartment was amazing for a couple and a dog. The location of the room is very central in Skala, so everything is at walking distance. The car parking was also very close. We also had a little private yard. The room was really clean and the stuff was very friendly and assertive. Would definitely go back next time we are in Patmos.

We stayed at the Anestoula Rooms last year and returned this year because it is a very nice setting close to the port in a quiet backstreet with a lovely garden. The owner is very welcoming and attentive and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The feel is very much old style Greek hospitality, filoxenia rather than modern boutique luxury and that's what makes it special. If and when we visit Patmos next year we will certainly be staying here again!
Maria Studios is located in Skala. Free WiFi access is available throughout. The port of Skala is 500 metres away, while the nearest beach is at 300 metres.

The location was a very short walk from the beach which was handy. The apartments are set around a shady courtyard garden. Everything was spotless, the rooms were cleaned daily and linens were beautifully ironed and towels smelt so fresh. We had a charming room on the 2nd floor with a view of the sea from the kitchen window, also a spacious balcony.
Our hosts, Tomas and his parents gave us a wonderful welcome. They were so kind and anticipated our every need. We cannot rate our stay highly enough!
Very cheap but absolutely lovely. The views were breathtaking and the quietness was bliss. Tess was a great host and sorted out car hire and also picked us up and dropped us off to the port, which was a bonus. Very comfortable stay really enjoyed it. A very sort walk to the beach with the crystal clear waters. Also 4 or 5 tavernas very near by.
The hotel is located in Groikos, which is far from Patmos Chora, but the location is very nice and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. Our host was super nice and she gave us many information about the island.
The apartment was charming. Dream location, lovely views, daily cleaning, and a host and hostess to rival anywhere else we’ve ever stayed: everything from collections to bike hire was sorted for us, and it was a real pleasure to see a family business run so well.
The studios are spacious with fantastic views over Grikos bay. Tess and her son were great hosts who were very accessible and helpful including transfers to and from the studios. A short walk to the beach with at least three good tavernas. Very handy for the bus to the Hora and to Skala. The studios were very comfortable and clean with light and airy rooms and a balcony overlooking the bay. WiFi was good and aircon was quiet. A lovely location for a relaxing time and Tess is a star...
Outstanding location, over Griko’s bay, in a very quiet place. Rooms very clean, comfortable, fresh, all seems to be new..Big terrace with table, chairs and a sofa for breackfast, relaxing or reading.

Thomas and his family were extremely hospitable. Thomas kindly picked us up from the port and was also kind enough to deliver us back at midnight.

We loved our stay for 5 days
Thomas is a great host who cares so much for his guest. He was at the port in Patmos as late as 10pm to pick us up to the apartment and gave us all the necessary guide we required. His parents were so warmly, provided us with coffee, fruits and drinks to welcome us on the Holy Island. We really felt at home and we will repeat this next year with our friends in a group trip.
Very good area to stay with good beach and siliamnos beach on this side of island. Several good tavernas within short walking distance. Sitting out area shaded and protected from wind in afternoon. Nice breakfast for reasonable price. Very convenient. Facilities very modern with good shower and water pressure. Host could not do enough for us. Came to port on his motorbike to show us way in dark. Rooms very spacious and charming
