We were only one night there and arrived with our car at 5pm. The couple of our host was very nice and spoke wonderful English. The recommendation of dinner restaurant was also excellent. The room was very cosy and especially the bed was really comfortable. They have also a beautiful garden. All the decorations in the apartment were just nice and made us feel like at home. Excellent breakfast in the morning.

Nice hostel, but could be nicer!
Regarding the amount of money paid - the stay was good. But there were some cons: toilet is outside, one for all rooms - 5 of them, even though I stayed alone in this hostel, it would be hard to imagine if there would be some other guests. Breakfast was passable, cost 10 extra lari, it is not much, so was the breakfast - not much and nothing special, yet the homemade jam was really delicious.
The host was friendly at the beginning but the next day she was not talkative and with plane face, I don’t know what happened, but I just noticed her mood swing.

Nice guesthouse with a very nice host who spoke good English and was very helpful and nice to chat to. Our room was big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was nice with homemade juice. The property also has a lovely roof terrace to watch the sunset.
This place is near to the city centre and bus/railway station. Just 15-20 mins walk.It is situated in a very nice and quiet locality.Rooms were big and there was a fully functional kitchen.The care taker was a very nice and friendly host who always keeps smiling.
The bathroom and toilets were clean and there was a provision of hot water.
A really cosy guesthouse! The hostess is lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. In a great location just a couple minutes walk away from where the marshrutkas congregate. Would definitely stay again
15 minute walks from the city center. Nice room and decent shower. We had a cheapest room that did not have any AC nor air condition so in summer it gets hot in the afternoon so be careful when you decide to go for the cheapest option.

The host was very friendly and I felt welcomed from the first moment. The guest house is in a quiet area and has a beautiful garden where you can sit and relax. The breakfast is fantastic, so is the breakfast room with traditional decorations. I really enjoyed my stay at Casa de Khasia.
Nice old-style guesthouse with multiple spacious rooms on first floor. The host Murmani was friendly and lived in the room next to me. Upon asking he provided some plates and let me use the washing machine. The neighborhood is a calm and quiet residential area. The bathroom is clean.
