Ciuri's Guesthouse is one of a kind, and Ciuri's daughter, Maca (sorry if I misspelled it), really makes it an experience you will never forget. We arrived at a beautiful house with a large, lovely garden, and were met with food and drinks already upon arrival. We later had an amazing dinner there, with lots of wine and chacha, slept heavenly in the comfortable beds, and then had an even better breakfast, with all the fresh and tasty things the family grows in their own garden. We were also even given extra food to pack for lunch, and fresh fruits. And for aaaall of this we paid only 60 GEL per person! Almost unbelievable, the quality and quantity of the food, the friendliness of the family, the beautiful location and standard of beds, +++... Outstanding!

This is the best guesthouse we had been on our trek from Mestia to Ushguli by far. Food was good, the owner speaks english and food was delicious, among the best we had in Georgia. The house is clean and showers are good. I definitively reccomend this place

Dodo is an excellent host. She is very attentive and is always trying to make you feel at home. A true example of Georgian hospitality. I was able to rest and she offered me hearty and delicious meals for dinner and breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the Svaneti region

House Gogia is amazing, the best guest house I stayed on my hike from Mestia - Ushguli. It is a very lovely home that you will feel welcomed to. Space is clean, rooms are comfortable. It is a shared toilet, but the toilets are kept very clean. Both dinner and breakfast was very carefully prepared. If you stop in Zhabeshi, this is definitely the place to be.

We were six friends on the trip and the accommodation was perfect for that: Three bedrooms with a shared living room. The family welcomed us very warmly and brought delicious food to our living room. The soup, in particular, was so tasty and just what we needed after a long hike. We also greatly appreciated the warm shower and the modern bathroom. The next morning, we woke up to the smell of a delicious breakfast. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Very friendly family. Extremely clean house. Wonderful food. My private room was very clean and equipped with very warm blankets. The bathroom was spotless and lots of hot water. Good wifi. Dinner and breakfast were full of different dishes, lots of veggies. The complimentary bottle of chacha at dinner was a nice touch. HAMMOCKS!! Best price I payed on the hike as well. Stay here.

Wonderful place to stay on the Mestia-Ushguli trek! The rooms were very nice (such comfy beds!) and there is a lovely garden and beautiful views all around. The food is incredible, by far the best we had on our hike! Lali and her family are so kind and lovely, even helping me fix my walking boot which broke on the first day of the trek - thank you so much, it held up for the rest of the trek (and all the way back to Tbilisi where I could buy a new pair!) Thank you for a great stay! :)
