Agro guesthouse Korena was perfect escape from noisy cities. The host and personal was very friendly, we liked everything in the guesthouse like interior and decorations. We added an extra dinner and food was very delicious, the only thing that wine selcetion was limited to only white house wine and no other option. The breakfast was very nice and we liked it!

The best host. All the family welcomed us and we shared dinner together, great screwers on the fire that the gentle Mamuli bought and built for us.
He doesn’t speak english but speaks the universal language of hospitality.
The house has been built by him and also the furniture.

The owners are very nice and kind people. Even though they dont speak English, we managed to deal with everything over translate in our phones. We paid 100GEL (25 for each) for the dinner which was super worth it, meals were great and it felt like in the restaurant.

Giorgi takes care personally in all cases. There is coffee and tee available any time with some biscuits. There is a verander and also the living room to meet and chat. Giorgi invited me in the wine making. Very good experience.
In the evening all guests were invited to enjoy his homemade wine and ChaCha.
Giorgi always helps you in your planing. He knows the exact location where which Marshrutka is, even he knows the exact operation times.
If you ask he gives you good advise for your travel. And he introduces Kutaisi what to see.
Giorgi's Homestay is highly recommend. Best place I stayed in Georgia.

Nice huge room and bathroom.
Aircon which was needed as in the middle of summer Kutaisi is very hot and humid.
Another huge Georgian breakfast which was delicious.
Davit helped organise a driver to take me to Kakheti pillar monastery and Chiatura which was a great experience.
Davit is a good host.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
