While the village itself is not luxury resort, you have nearby everything you need and expect from such areas.
Few decent restaurants, ready bakery, 24/7 supermarket. Beach in 5 minutes walk. Cheap taxi in any direction. train station (!).
Rooms are standard, clean. Kitchen facilities coule be improved, kitchen itself is excellent place to chill, work, cook some basic or not so staff.

Great quiet spot outside of Batumi. The beach is close and nice swimming. Really lovely staff, I do recommend it! But note that there is no AC. If it's really hot it will be a challenge.

The location is great. Quiet. It's easy to get to the city center with a YANDEX taxi. Very close to the botanical garden. A few hundred meters from the beach.
Guest House ETM was a beautiful building, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It's in a great location near local shops with a bus stop to Batumi centre nearby. There is a kitchen on the roof which also gives the best views of sunsets! I Loved this place, and will stay again 😊
Great hosts, very caring and helpful. Delicious breakfasts, beautiful view, clean, pretty and well equipped room. They even took care of us after we got sick due to overheating. We recommend this place to everyone!
Wonderful large room, wonderful sympathetic and attentive hostess. The room is fully consistent with the photo, we have a balcony overlooking the sea and so every evening we enjoyed the colorful sunsets. Our room had a large and very comfortable bed. The house is on the hill with a charming view of the sea and distant Batumi. It is close to a large botanical garden that is worth a visit. A bit further away, there are some hiking places. I used the bus 10A to get to Batumi. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walking away.
The room had a convenient separate entrance from the terrace where delicious breakfasts were served and where it was possible to relax after a busy day.

Beautiful garden and terrace of the guest house. Owners live on the first floor so it’s easy to find and get a contact with them.

Talo is an amazing host! I had some specific requests and had all fulfilled. The room is very big and comfortable. Good transportation nearby to city center, and there are several shops. Beach is 5 minutes walk, Botanical garden is not far, reachable by foot or bus.
Zorro the dog and Afrodite the cat are also wonderful.
The guesthouse is in a quiet area, yet close to a few groceries shops and cafes. The rooms were clean and comfy, the common kitchen spacious and well-equipped.
Great location - beatiful beach nearby, ten minute walk to the botanical garden. The hostesses were very friendly and welcoming. We were absolutely pleased with everything. We had a great stay. Thank you! :)
