The property also had very beautiful garden full of flowers and cute chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful with wooden floors which I loved. The bed sheets were also very clean and cared for.

Specially, I've enjoyed the view from the balcony. It is absolutely amazing. And the owner of the guest house is super kind and hospitable person. There are all basic fasilities and a bit more -kitchen, washing machine, and also the owner every time pick up guests from the beach and so etc. I liked this property so much:) I recommended it for those who like the nature, beautiful seaviews and simple accommodation!

Sanni guest house was a great choice for us, surrounded by a beautiful nature and exotic plants. We had a wonderful time and everything we needed. Mountains and the sea views from our apparent were just breathtaking.
Keti the manager speaks English very well and could answer any questions we had. She also arranged a transfer for us to the Batumi airport which is only 20 min away by a car. We definitely would love to come back here again :)

THE VIEW!!! Tropical jungle, sea, city. And a very friendly and caring host. This guesthouse is the last on the mountain. You won't find a better view. Also very comfortable bed, I had an amazing sleep. Great value for money! There is an affordable restaurant uphill, where you can have your meals, shisha & dance. I also liked my daily walks up and down the hill to the sea, it kept me fit and fresh. However, the host would give you the lift and pick you up if needed.
Family-owned hotel, great hosts, excellent location right next to the sea. The manager of hotel Besa is always ready to help. I recommend for a stay. A little far from the city center, but that's why the beach is clean and sea is more beautiful. The proximity to the airport is also a bonus.

This is more a guesthouse than a hotel. You stay with the host and his family. The house is very new and clean. The views are spectacular and the pool is great. You can use the laundry machine and dryer for free.
Nice quiet place with sea view and open pool. Host was friendly and helpful. There is a dissent shared kitchen and grocery store is nearby. Make sure you come here with a car cos the hotel is on the hill and beach is around 10min drive
Friendly and accommodating hosts, especially Tiko, who spoke great English and was very helpful. Great location 5 min walk to the beach that was rather quiet compared to Batumi. Tasty food at affordable prices and lovely homemade wine. The outdoor pool definitely a bonus.
The guesthouse is in the mountains and the view of sea from up is very beautiful. There is car parking on the top. The rooms were clean and spacious amd comfortable. Good WiFi. The hosts were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. There's a swimming pool outside which you can use. They serve some amazing georgian food which is quite inexpensive. Supermarkets are also close by. We were very happy with the experience.
