Great location, close to the beach - 3 minutes walk, lovely pebble beach, not very crowded. Area with lots of shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, we had a blue one (204).

A couple of minutes walk from the sea. It's very quiet at night. There are cafes and shops nearby. There is a large kitchen where you can cook a meal in peace.

Highly recommend, this is the best location in Kobuleti, very safe and cozy. The guesthouse feels like home, with exceptional hosts and staff, and delicious breakfast included. It is ideal for staying with family and children.
It is a very clean hotel, which is very important for me so they checked all the boxes, great location, one minute walk to the beach and plus there is a fairly sized open swimming pool.
The breakfast was pretty decent, nice selection of vegetarian food.
Most importantly it’s a pet friendly place with amazing hosts.
