Mark (host) is brilliant and was very accommodating with my booking. 10 min walk to train station Rock Ferry taking you straight into town. Room was lovely and the bed was lush to the point I didn't want to get out of it. Keys can be locked in a key safe by the door which is handy on a night out. Lots of on street parking.
