The room was pretty comfortable and surprisingly quiet, despite being above a bar, and the owner was really helpful and friendly. There was also free parking very close by.

The house is built to a high spec. Fixtures & fittings are of an excellent quality. Very clean and comfortable, Good size bed. It was very cosy.
Great coffee machine, kitchen facilities for guests to use.
Lovely breakfast room & lounge with great views ( once rhe mist lifted). Close to John O' Groats and ferries to Orkney which is partly why we chose it.

Beautiful place near the city center. Very clean and comfortable and a great host. While we could check-in ourselves, we were in touch with owner Zac, who was very friendly and communicative and even came by so say hello, which was greatly appreciated. The appartment is very modern and spacious. This was a fantastic place to stay.
