I recently had the pleasure of staying at a gest house and it was truly an amazing experience. The ovner were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a hassle-free stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds, providing me with great sleep every night of my stay. I found the room to be impeccably clean, which was very important to me as a traveler. The complementary tea and coffee were added bonuses.
The overall value for money was another highlight of my stay. The gest house offered great amenities and services at a very reasonable price, and I found it to be a great balance between comfort and affordability. I felt like I was getting a great deal for what I paid for.

The apartment was small but comfortable and super clean - there is almost everything (beyond the plates) you need to spend a few pleasant days in London. An invaluable adventage is its location in nice, quiet neighbourhood with great transport links (underground and buses as well). Hostesses were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive and there was plenty of on-street parking. The rooms were of a decent size for the size of our group and there was plenty of hot water, toilet paper, hand soap, towels and cleaning products. The areas that we could see were well-cleaned. All in all, it was a reasonable price for what it was.
The flat was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped though a dishwasher would have been nice. The washing machine had a drying function as well. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. The owner was friendly and answered fast and promptly to all questions. The pictures correspond the flat well and the price quality is good.
The price it was very cheap for a room with the bathroom in this location. Very good location near the train station Tulse Hill and buses from London Victoria or Brixton.
We enjoyed our stay.Place was easy to locate. A lot of shops are throwing distance. Host allowed us to drop our bags off prior to check-in time. Very clean and tidy.
Lovely space. Clean and well cared for with a comfy bed. The perfect base for a weekend trip to Brixton (about 20 minutes bus/50 minutes walk) in a quiet neighborhood.
Great location and was met at the property by a friendly chap, however please note this is a room in what was a private house, even though it was cheap, general cleanliness was appalling and it smelt bad too, so dirty we didn’t stay there
