It was nice that i could change my room to a ground floor room. The house had a big kitchen with all facilities you could wish for. The bathroom was upstairs, but that was not a problem. They said it was a bad neighbourhood, but all my experiences with locals were nice. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby and lots of delivery options.
The wifi was great. I had the house for myself most of the time, no other guests.

Harry was a superb host. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms. Superb breakfasts. Boat of Garten is a very quiet village and very well placed to explore the Cairngorms from. Will definitely choose The Boat House Guesthouse to stay next time.

We have stayed one night in Inverness during our holiday. Ronas House was the most beautiful house that we stayed at. The room was huge and comfortable. Joyce was friendly and fun as a host and they made exceptional breakfast for us.

Gail, the owner, made us feel very welcome. A nice room, great to have a fridge in the room, the walk-in shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was very good. Plus, if you choose to get a takeaway instead of going out for a meal, she'll give you plates and cutlery to properly enjoy it.

This is an excellent guest house offering comfortable beds, lovely meals and a nice bar. We really appreciate having an evening meal prepared for us and enjoyed the food emensly. Breakfast had great variety with something for every taste. This make an excellent centre for a holiday or stopover. We spent three days cycling on lovely quiet roads with super views. A warm and homely house. Our hostess couldn't have been more helpful.
Beautiful little studio apartment nestled in a scenic and quiet location tucked away from all the crowds and tourists in Aviemore but close enough to travel there on a daily basis for the amenities Aviemore has. Kitchen facilities were brilliant and included all the necessities, and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend this as a base to explore the cairngorms national park!

The room was comfortable and clean, with a decent sized bathroom. The bar was great bonus, Whisky from the distillery next door and excellent scottish cider. We could also get evening dinner, at the hotel, without having to travel into Inverness. Great hostess
