It is small but beautifully set up and decorated. The touch of leaving crumpets and lovely biscuits, together with some milk, were much appreciated. Toiletries in the shower room were another welcome feature. Such lovely hosts too. It was good to have a secure garden area for the dogs. We came to be with friends and were delighted to find this really close to Donington.

This place was really quirky and cute. The garden was brilliant and perfect for kids of all ages. There's a trampoline, Wendy house, loads of toys and books and gated areas. The BBQ was great to have and the courtyard was lovely to chill in, especially with the fountain. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely helpful hosts, always available for information when needed. Kids park walking distance just a few mins down the lane.
Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely decor and fantastic large TV. Great shower and toiletries. Comfortable bed in a quiet area of the village. Cereal, crumpets,milk, cake, crisps and beer were left for us which meant we didn’t have to go searching for a shop as soon as we arrived. Off road parking.
Immaculate, very well located and equipped. Welcome pack(Beers, cookies and cereals ( and milk)) were left which was a nice touch as there are no formal breakfast arrangements. Bed very comfortable - apartment very clean and comfortable.quiet location big tv!
Gorgeous decor perfectly clean and comfortable, heating was great gave us blankets each, left food for us to eat in the morning including 2 beers for us to have whilst we were getting ready! felt like we were at home for the night a really lovely stay. Host was more than accommodating even offered to give us a lift to the wedding we were at. 100% recommend
Great communication from the host - even arranged a later check out to fit in with our plans. Great facilities, spotlessly clean, excellent shower, great night's sleep. We had everything we needed and more. Loved the treats and breakfast extras - fresh milk, crumpets and cereal - great touch.
The goodies and beer were a life saving surprise. Doggie snacks went down a treat. Aircon also a life saver in heatwave

Mrs Hortons took us in at very short notice and saved our weekend away! Apartment is amazing, clean, comfortable with everything you would need for a few nights stay. Hosts were super helpful and very friendly.
Very comfortable and spacious bedroom/ sitting area. Breakfast cereals, and milk kindly left in the fridge. Good communication with the owner who phoned to check all was well. The property is very close to the A17, but far enough away to be quiet, which makes it an ideal overnight stopping place. Thank you for an excellent stay, well done!
