Lovely location, very close to Hay. Room was warm and good bath and shower with lots of hot water. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Plenty of parking.

It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Room was spacious and had all we needed. Bed was large and very comfortable and warm. Location couldn't have been better with many places within easy reach. Although being on busy road the traffic was never a problem and we certainly didn't hear anything

    The evening meal was excellent good value for money good potion sizes same with the breakfast was delicious the room was a good size and warm and comfortable also clean the location was nice and quiet and peaceful the morning breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful and very welcoming also good history about the B&B
