Outstanding hospitality. This was our second occasion. We opted for location fully informed that there was no breakfast and we were a few miles from the nearest cluster of eating places so came prepared. We slept beautifully in the peaceful rural location and comfy 4 poster bed. The room and en suite were top to bottom clean and we were treated to a top of the range coffee machine. So much quality. When the internet went down, we contacted Jules who was on his own as Ausra was visiting family. He couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful and took an interest in our well being with chat and banter on both check-in and check-out. Even the turkeys and peahens in the grounds were friendly and followed us around when we went for a walk. An altogether memorable and relaxing experience….again!

A warm welcome. The host was very friendly & helpful beyond the call of duty. Excellent communication, replying promptly to messages. The house is charming, comfortable & in good taste. The continental breakfast options were comprehensive & of good quality. The location is fantastic, in the centre of the village with but quiet in the room. The pubs & village shop are a couple of minutes walk. Lovely to stay somewhere where the host really cares. Recommended.

Just got back from a lovely long weekend stay at st.bees. House is in a great location being only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Really clean and well equipped kitchen compared to other places we have stayed at. Beds were comfy and host responded quickly when asked a question.

Great value of money . Nice spacious rooms and very tidy altogether. Booked a family room for 4 and to my surprise it was actually 2 rooms and a kitchenette and a bathroom and gave us a vibe of being in an apartment which was real good . Host was very welcoming. The guest house has got their own parking place which was an advantage . Great location with a small shop on literally 5 minutes walk and very close to seafront . Not to forget good WiFi with strong signals which was an advantage .
