    Great location on the seafront in Southport. Excellent (if pricey) safe underground parking. Good quiet spacious rooms, well equipped with decent air conditioning. Nice restaurant. Staff very friendly and efficient. Bathroom heated mirror a real plus. Close to rail station allowing seamless, cheap and quick travel to Liverpool.

    Lovely Guest House in a great location, room was of a good size with everything that you needed with a very comfy bed . A great breakfast was served by Cleo and Leigh ,who are the friendliest of hosts with a great knowledge of the local area😀

    Clean bedding, clean bathroom, quiet, lots of tea, coffee and sugar. Staff were lovely, friendly and warm. Perfect location, 10 mins from the beach and activities, 6 mins from the train station, 1 min from the go local shop, 2 mins from some lovely quaint pubs and restaurants. No bells or whistles, just clean, quiet and cheap. Definitely using again.
