I had exceptional stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and the owner was incredibly obliging. Always going out of their way to ensure a great experience. The food was fantastic with fresh and delicious options. Every day. The owners were also very knowledgeable about the local area offering excellent recommendation for things to see and do making our trip even more enjoyable highly recommended.

Beautiful multi-floor house with many rooms. We stayed in the top floor that was very clean and enough space for a family with 2 children. A short walk to nearby shopping centre across the road for any supplies you may need, also just a few minutes to bus stop that provides easy access to Edinburgh city in about 10 - 15 minutes. Maureen is a wonderful host and nice to have a chat with her on arrival.

Very clean and staff very welcoming. Staff were friendly and waited to let us in when our train was delayed. Excellent location and very quiet.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Magnificent property in a great location with a very accommodating host. So pleased we stayed here instead of Edinburgh. Roslyn is a great location to explore. The property is within short walking distance of the local pub, tea rooms, grocery shops. Bus to Edinburgh stops at the door. So much more comfortable and cheaper than staying in Edinburgh. We wish we could have stayed longer but our itinerary had us moving on.
Our host Michael was very welcoming and friendly and his 300 acre farm is worth a visit whether you stay or not. Gently rolling Scottish lowlands with a thousand sheep and thirty horses. We had three wonderful nights of quiet and seclusion and beauty and the best sleep available.
We had a lovely spacious room, and the location is ideal for visiting Rosslyn Chapel (200 m). Very friendly host.
Opposite the guesthouse is an Inn, with a very cosy pub and nice meals.
A fantastic place to stay. Everything we needed. Wonderful host. Bus stop out the front so we parked the motorbikes up in the secure compound and used the public transport, very cheap and convenient. Bed super comfortable as was the entire apartment.
Lovely Guesthouse in a great location. The decor was lovely and the room beautiful. The welcome was very friendly and accommodating. Only a short walk to the Chapel and good food available at the pub opposite.
