Keith, the host, is very hospitable. Nothing is too much trouble. He lives on site, so he is always at hand for any questions. The cottage is traditional and charming with a beautiful garden. Secure parking is an added bonus in this busy area. Toby carvery, chip shop, and Morrisons is a short walk away.

Perfect location for a brief stay on the way to an event at stoneleigh . Self check in was easy and convenient as we were held up in traffic. Everything clean and building peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. Will book again if I need to be that way

Stayed here for 4 days and 4 nights. The host (Maya) was communicative and made me feel comfortable during my stay. I had a smooth check-in and check-out. The furniture is well maintained, the cleaning supplies and kitchenware was all in good order. It was my first time in Coventry and I felt very comfortable here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a short-time stay near University of Warwick, or just generally in Coventry.

The lady I spoke to, to get us into the property was very friendly and polite plus she called me back quite quickly. Shower was nice and hot.

The accommodation is offered by the owner/occupier who is very friendly and hospitable lady it was quiet, clean, felt safe and represents excellent value for money. Located within walking distance of Coventry University and City Centre. I wouldn't hesitate to return again or recommend. Excellent host.
The host Mark could not be more helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate us, despite our very late booking. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. Great to have your own kitchen area too as well as the shared breakfast area.

Close to the City Centre and shops like Sainsburys local. Instructions for check in was explained fine. Room was clean. Overall would stay again but would definitely need to bring my own stuff. Host of the room did reply not long after sending my enquiries which was helpful. Bed was comfortable just metal framing was annoying. Mainly paying for the sake of it being close to the City Centre.
New refurbished clean rooms in a quiet area just what i needed after a long day at work. Mark the host was very helpful if i needed anything. Would definitly recommend this to all. I have stayed in multiple places these past weeks for work but this was the best by far. I will be using this again.
