Excellent location with beautiful views. Perfect location for walking in Exmoor and Valley of the Rocks. The room was clean and comfortable with character. The shower was particularly good with a heated towel rail. Parking was easy and we were able to leave our car at the hotel even after checkout.
It was very quiet in the hotel as the bar closed at 9pm. The sounds of the river were very relaxing.

We liked everything about Sinai House
Alison and Vic were delightful hosts
The dining room had views of the garden where you could watch lots of different birds at the feeders or a sea view. Breakfast was amazing. There was so much choice and plenty of it. Breakfast was beautifully presented. The lovely little jars of honey were produced by their own honey bees
The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable with lovely sea views. Tea coffee and biscuits were topped up each day and FRESH milk was provided in a flask The bath/shower room was very well equipped with toiletries and towels

Everything! Beautifully furnished property, fantastic room, very comfortable bed, so much attention to detail- such a choice of toiletries, coffee machine, FRESH milk, homemade cake on arrival - nothing was left undone. The breakfast choices were amazing and absolutely delicious. Wonderful hosts.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great location, super friendly host and she did the cutest little touch of leaving my little dog a goodie bag which was personalised. A lovely weekend break so thank you very much ☺️
Extremely warm welcome.
Lorna & Steve were great hosts.
Lovely comfortable room with gorgeous river views.
Extremely clean.
Lovely guest lounge & beautiful terrace.
Delicious breakfast.
Loved my stay & would love to stay there again in the future.
The guest house is perfectly located near the centre of Lynmouth adjacent the river. Great breakfasts were served and the hosts were lovely..
We especially liked drifting off to sleep to the sound of the river.
Our two rooms were comfortable, clean and very quaint. The location was in the centre of Lynmouth, a small fishing village on the north Devon coast, ideal for staying to do local walks or just to relax. On the South West Coast Path, so ideal if doing that. Lovely full English breakfast with cereal and fresh fruit as required, toast and tea/coffee as required. The hosts were very helpful with sorting parking for our car while we were walking the Colridge Way. Very happy with our stay.
What a lovely location, quietly wedged between the sea front and the river. When I say quiet, I mean for the soul and mind. The river was a full torrent throughout our stay but was mesmerising none the less.
Simon the host was very welcoming and the ladies at the restaurant even more so. Had a charming stay, thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to returning in the new year.
Room was exceptionally clean, roomy and suitable for our needs, with on site parking just outside. Seems like a hotspot for ramblers taking on the Jurassic coast routes.
