Information exchange with owner was fantastic and quick.

All was ok, the landlord was very kind and always helpful. We spend 21 days in this apartment. All was prepared very well. We could use a kitchen, we had our own living room and one additional room plus own bathroom. The landlord always cared about cleanliness. The kitchen was equipped with tea, coffe, some sweets, basic brekfast stuff. We always had free parking.I really recomend this apartment for the family. Our family consist of 2 older kids and 2 adults. There was enougth space for 4 people. There was very comportable mattress in double bed.

After few bad reviews we saw, we were a bit worried, but it actually was safe nice and comfortable. We had a great nights sleep, our private room doors were locked with smart key. Me and my olderly mother felt safe and the place was really clean that even my paranoid self slept well. Did look outside our room and didnt matter to us as we stayed in between trips and didnt care whats outside the room, but for what I did see it looked totally good.
Raj communication was 10/10, very sweet, polite, helped with bags.

Decent place to stay for a night or two.
We stayed one night because of and early flight.
Room was fine (just and outdated look) and it was close to the airport, just a few minutes with taxi.
Toilette was very clean.

Great location to travel to london, close to station, close to airport. And really, most friendliest host I ever met in UK. Host responded really quick to all my questions and needs.
It looks like it should be loud, because it so close to train station, but it was quiet during the night.

The estate was very picturesque with lots of animals and the river lea goes through it. Just very quiet and idyllic. The host is very friendly, helping and very dog friendly aswell. The area has a lot to offer and the trail along the river will be something to explore on our next visit. Very lovely villages nearby like harpenden and st. Albans. The breakfast was great too. Even fresh fruits which you do not get everywhere. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the entrance. I will definitely stay again.
Great location, just a few hundred meters from the train station and buses, located in the shopping area. cheap enough room for the city center location though.
