Very friendly and helpful staff. Forgot to say I wanted to breakfast on arrival but I still got one. The entry hall is Thai decorated and is really lovely and clean. It’s warm and dry throughout and they burn encense. There is free parking. Really comfy bed. Communal toilet clean. Coffee/tea tray. I haven’t tried the TV. Excellent wifi connection.

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Historic building. Boutique style decor with a really atmospheric Italianate style in the restaurant.
Italian menu superb and mine host equally so with his knowledge of Italian motorcycle racing.
Lovely thoughtful host and lots of available equipment etc. from games books DVDs and kitchen. best of all notes to help and instructions to appliances. I never get why everyone doesn’t do this - excellent. Quiet road and convenient Would stay again.
Lidia was a very welcoming and friendly host. The room was amazingly quiet and peaceful. The room is easy walking distance from the station. There is a lovely canal-side walk a short distance away.
It was clean and quirky. We really loved the decor, it’s a beautifully presented guesthouse. The facilities in the room were exactly what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. I had a really good nights sleep. It was quiet in the room even though we were on the ground floor facing the road.
Breakfast was excellent.
Quiet, comfortable with basic guest kitchen - microwave, fridge and crockery/cutlery. Enjoyed playing pool in the guest lounge. Lovely place, full of character and very welcoming host. Easy to park. Thank you
The feel and ambience. This such a charming place to stay when in Loughborough. The hosts are fantastic and are very attentive. The breakfast is superb.
A charming place filled with artifacts, antiques, nice hosts, very nice full English breakfast. Great location in Loughborough, we were there to visit our student child, so it was good to be able to walk to the town Centre, to Uni etc. Parking in the grounds helped.
