There was so much to like. The host Marcin is delightful and helpful. The self contained two bed wing has a lovely outside decked terrace with views of beautiful Loch Goil. The comfiest softest beds with freshly laundered and ironed bedding. Just lovely. Spotlessly clean throughout. Such a peaceful and quiet place, only interrupted by visits from the red squirrels chasing each other or the robin who pops onto the balcony. I could go on, but suggest you go and experience the peace for yourself. You won't regret it.

Our stay at lochwood guest house was amazing, calm, quiet, clean and cosy. The room and the house are very clean and up to date, and there was a brand new mattress on our bed which was very comfortable. The views are beautiful and we loved seeing the red squirrels out of our bedroom window in the morning. The host/ owner is really welcoming and friendly, and let us work in the dining room when we had some laptop things to get on with one morning. A high quality place, we would stay there again.
