The location relaxed atmosphere, the politeness of the staff and the great host and hostess. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Meals in the hotel were top quality served hot and plenty of variety.
Lovely welcoming hosts Seibe and Ivy, incredible Guest House beautifully maintained. Breakfast was just lovely. Safe parking for motorcycles, very comfortable rooms, great location for getting to ferry the next morning. The Hosts recommend various places to eat, and they are spot on. The Olderfleet Bar and Lounge was excellent.
Great location if you are using the ferry with a good pub/restaurant close by.

Ivy was the star attending to every need and so thoughtful. Even though I had to go early for a ferry she left out a variety of things for breakfast. Ivy was reassuring when telling me about the ferry trip. All very much appreciated. Obviously a well loved and cared for guest house.
Ivy and Siebe were great hosts. Guest House was great. Breakfast was lovely. Our room was nice and comfortable. Bed was comfortable too. Great value for money. Will definitely be back when in Larne again.
