We preordered the night before from an extensive menu that included natural yoghurt and fresh fruit - (strawberries, blueberries and melon).A full English breakfast, or other selections such as poached eggs and avocado on a muffin . Very handy for football fanatics as it is opposite Castleford Tigers ground. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff. I had the continental breakfast and walked away completely sated.

Thanks to Judy, who is a lovely lady (and Rosie, our new found four-legged friend), this truly was like home from home. Our room was spacious, with wardrobe, dressing table, king size bed, and side tables. We also had tea and coffee in our room, but Judy gave us the run of the house. Would recommend to anyone, and we will certainly call for a cuppa next time we are close by.
