This was a great place to base ourselves for a few days, being half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow, and not far South of Falkirk, with a 5-10 minute drive to trains and buses. Our room and unsuite well set up, and the attached kitchen/ TV room was great with everything we could need for meals, etc. The cooked breakfast prepared by Wayne and Heather, our wonderful hosts, was fantastic, with my partner especially liking the syrup porridge. Would recommend.

The place was spacious and comfortable. It was not too far from cities and towns, yet in a nice and quiet location. The view is beautiful on a clear day. The host also provided complementary cake and wine to welcome us.

We had everything that we needed. The house is warm and comfortable, easy access to the motorway, quiet street. Big kitchen, nice living room, XBox and the big screen are plus. I would like to thank the host for the Christmas decorations and the chocolates left for us, it was a warm surprise. Highly recommended!
