Perfect area. Nice and clean. Been before so knew what to do. Let us check in early as well which we really appreciated. Son loves sitting on the window looking out at the water.

Our Employees refused to stay in this place as it was run down, filthy, damp and smelling. I have been in contact 3 times with the Company to request a full refund but they are ignoring me.

Our room in the guest house was so lovely. Well decorated, extremely clean and great facilities. Hosts were so friendly and very helpful. We were treated to such an amazing breakfast brought to our room. Will definitely stay again at the guest house when visiting my brother in Largs.

Loved the willingness of Host Margaret to assist us and make our stay easy .. ie ordering a taxi for us when phones wouldn't work etc. No lift but bags were taken up the stairs for us.. and more!
