Perfect area. Nice and clean. Been before so knew what to do. Let us check in early as well which we really appreciated. Son loves sitting on the window looking out at the water.

Our room in the guest house was so lovely. Well decorated, extremely clean and great facilities. Hosts were so friendly and very helpful. We were treated to such an amazing breakfast brought to our room. Will definitely stay again at the guest house when visiting my brother in Largs.

first thing to say is that Marie the host was fantastic, and really friendly. We had a bit of a nightmare journey getting to the place. Our flight was delayed the bus let us down so as a result we were about seven hours late getting to haven House. Contact with Marie was fabulous and she waited up for our late arrival and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was clean, tidy and spacious. As well as a kettle and coffee etc. there is a fridge if you want to keep anything cool. In the hall she even has a microwave if you want to heat/cook anything. The house is set a stone's throw from the bay and marina, Largs is a beautiful place and this has you right in the heart of the best of it. It was a great stay that made up for a bad day! We will definitely be returning to Marie's place.
