Stayed in Irvine bay several times as we visit Irvine alot. This is always my 1st choice when booking. Private secure entry system and everything you need for an overnight. Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

Would Highly recommend Everything from the communication before arriving right up until the minute we left. Jaye was very welcoming and helpful the whole stay, when I messaged a few queries, she also messaged with a few ideas of places to visit for food etc that are dog friendly, she also allowed us to leave our bags at check out and pick up when heading home to Glasgow Our room was absolutely spotless and the hotel is central to everything you need around you. we are booking again but with kids aswell, so really looking forward to another stay real soon Thank you Jaye
