Perfect could not fault anything. Steve was a lovely host. The space was perfect for myself and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Walking distance to the shops, sea, train station and the pub! It's possible to walk to saltburn allong the beach too and get a bus back easily. Would love to go back some time!

What did we like?.. well, everything really. Friendly, welcoming hosts. A really lovely couple of spacious rooms with excellent facilities, very comfortable beds and immaculately clean throughout. The place is very handily located near the marina yet still nicely quiet at night, plus easily accessible parking with plenty of space for unloading. The option of a cooked English breakfast was an excellent addition. Very highly recommended.
Great location, super helpful host, especially as Booking.com had cancelled our reservation! So we had to pay AGAIN (partner FJR Brown paid and they still haven't refunded me!!

Friendly, relaxed, spotlessly clean, great location, a breakfast to die for, secure parking, nice garden, comfortable bed, fluffy soft towels, nice and quiet on a night with pleanty of other people staying, everything you require is catered for.
Sea View offers exceptional value for money comfort, with excellent Beds, with seperate rooms with Bathroom and Showeroom facilities. The location is perfect for sea views, and the Hosts are excellent people, I highly recommend Sea View Guest House.
We have stayed here 4 times so far Sue is a great host and friendly. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need except shampoo or shower gels which wasn't a problem to us as we took our own there is soap and towels.
The place was great and far exceeded my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and the breakfast was excellent. Each room was spacious, had a Sky TV, facilities to make hot drinks and a quiet landing area outside the rooms to sit and eat meals. Chris and Sue were really friendly and made great hosts. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like I owed them a few moments of my time to thank them for making our stay in Hartlepool a great one.
