We were very happy with our choice. The room was cozy and clean, we even had a Smart TV. The check-in was super easy, the stuff we met was also really friendly.
Everything we needed was near, bakerys, tesco, the underground station… We really enjoyed our stay and could recommend this place.

For me, the location was great for what I needed, a fairly simple room in a reasonably modern building in a pretty quiet area & comfortable bed, so I actually slept better than I would normally in a decent-ish hotel. Communication from the host & their welcoming attitude was great, so overall, for the price this was excellent value
I travelled with my husband and 2 teenage children and this flat was perfect for us. Modern with spacious rooms and Fully equipped with even toiletries and cleaning products provided, which was a nice touch. The flat is situated on a busy road but very quiet once you are inside. Also just about 7-10 minutes walk from a train station. The host was very responsive and courteous. Great Wi-Fi connection and a parking spot right outside the door made the stay even better
Clean, spacious, great location. Has everything you would need including extra toiletries, good value- perfect for 3 nights in London. Really spacious and good location for Wembley, plus lots of shops nearby.
Hosts were really helpful and friendly, provided everything you would need and were always quick to respond.
I was told on booking, breakfast wasn't included due to the price, so I took my own. May be offering a breakfast, at a reasonable price, due to it being a bed and breakfast may encourage more custom. My experience was great but I know some of my friends are fussy. Their accomondation was £43-£45 a night. However, I loved my room and my hosts were perfect.
fabulous flat that met our needs completely, we were at a concert at wembley and the proximity was great. the hosts had left a box of toiletries in the bathroom to cover anything that might have been forgotten. kitchen was well supplied. flat is above a barber shop so it is lovely and quiet. windows keep traffic noise to a bare minimum.
Lovely guest house which I came across by accident due to a mishap with my original booking so picked here at short notice and was glad I did .the host was very friendly and welcoming it was quiet and peaceful the room was clean and warm. tea & coffee provided, the bed was comfy and the shower room and bathrooms were clean .the room had a large tv and a virgin media tivo box wich was a nice extra you never see anywhere else. All in all it was a very good stay and will definitely be back when working in area again
We loved our stay here! Lovely location, super close to train station and shops, in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood. Hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Room and bathroom were super clean and very comfortable.
