The owner was very helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was really lovely with lots of natural light and hi-tech modern washing facilities. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, and everything that I needed to work worked well.

There was no breakfast. I booked double room, but got only single room as the owner said there is a mix up. He provided a single room, fridge, shower room , kitchen all ok. The place is too far from my work place, too expensive to reach there from my work place, online it showed only 1.7 miles but it is too expensive by taxi.

The Renaissance aesthetic of the interior was amazing! A suit of armour near the giant stone fireplace set the mood. The marble tiles of the bathroom were beautiful and one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff were friendly and helpful and I respect their dedication to fixing up a listed building as they have.

As the WiFi was acting up in the bedroom, the host Nebiye went out of his way to help me. He provided me access to his study and he spent the entire day working from a nearby cafe. My exam went smoothly because of his help. Other than that he is a genuinely nice and welcoming host and has kept the property well maintained with all necessary amenities.

It was in a quiet street and great for location to trains or major road network. Room had everything need for stay if intending on being out and about. It was a great price for what I needed. The bed was very comfortable and shower very nice. WiFi provided and host there to solve any problems which was parking and nothing to do with him but sorted anyway.
