From even before we arrived, Rachel was so helpful. Our time of arrival was a bit awkward, we needed an early breakfast one morning, we even needed her to look after some plants we had bought. She did everything we asked with a smile and frankly made the three day trip an absolute pleasure. The room was comfortable and spacious, lovely touches like fresh milk in a fridge to make the coffee so much nicer in the room and it was a top top breakfast. We really couldn't have asked for any more and will go back.
