Wonderful location at the start of the Marine Parade. The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. Thank you very much Rich and Katie for our lovely weekend in your hotel which feels like a second home and your hospitality! - Best, Eric and Viktoria

Comfortable, tranquil, homely and yet very similar to a boutique hotel but a lot cheaper. Amazing hosts and staff are just very friendly, helpful and genuinely want to make you happy and go out of their way to do that. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful, got extra items upon requests . Room is really beautiful and slept like a baby. Decor of the whole place just done with a lot of passion and very tastefully finished. Beautiful lounge area and seats in front overlooking the sea , very calming indeed to relax and enjoy and rejuvenate.

The property was impeccable, the 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suites were great, beds very comfortable and generally a very modern home from home apartment. Exceptionally clean and tidy. The apartment had a great kitchen with all facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher and additional items such as iron and board, cleaning products etc. Great location for us, 10 min away from our family and 10mins beachfront and shopping centre. Ewa was a great host, helpful and responsive.

A really lovely guesthouse with charming hosts who gave us a very warm welcome. Beautifully and stylishly decorated, our room was large, bright and light, spotlessly clean with a side sea view and there were many thoughtful homely touches to enjoy. Lovely to spend time there. Great breakfast too with many delicious choices.

Great location,Mark & Christine were great hosts. We had room 3 with a balcony which gave us great sea views ,it was only a short walk into town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. I couldn't leave a review without mentioning the breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt fruit juice & of course the full English. Room & hotel were spotlessly clean, best b&b we've stayed at.
