When we arrived we found ample parking next to the house entrance it is safe and secure we were met by the lovely owner and the entrance was so beautiful immaculately presented with exquisite taste and decor
Our room “Lotus room” was so beautiful the design and the furniture was quality materials with luxury bedding and towels the room was quiet and so comfortable with beautiful additions like iced water and unique herbal teas something different than the usual teas in chain hotels
The bed was so so comfortable at times I felt I was lying on a marshmallow so soft and luxurious
The only sad thing was for us was our early start so we didn’t get to sample the breakfast but with that said I have no doubt it would be as fantastic as the hotel and the luxuries with in it
The host was so helpful and polite and what we didn’t know at the time you can leave your car at this hotel for a fee while you go on holiday it is far cheaper than the other parking locations and it’s actually looked after not just shoe horned into a small space in a field
What a beautiful hotel, a fantastic lovely owner (thank you for a wonderful amazing stay) Will we stay again ABSOLUTELY why have I been paying a fortune for average hotels at Gatwick when only 2 miles away is this gem / jewel of a hotel and it’s only 10 minutes drive from the Gatwick airport
Thank you for a wonderful stay and we shall see you again soon

This property was immaculate & first class in every respect - Cristina was so helpful. A selection of cereals, tea/coffee/milk & bottled water was also provided. We only stayed one night before an early morning flight from Gatwick & we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. There is a pub in nearby village that does excellent evening meals (Three Bells?) & there is also a convenience store close by that is well stocked & open 7am until 8pm if needed.

Everything! Before we arrived we were sent a text to tell us exactly how to find them. On arrival everything was there that we needed for our one night stay. The hut was beautifully finished to a high standard. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The property was in a good location for Gatwick but with access to town centre shops and restaurants.
The room was lovely.
The owner was friendly.

Everything, but the price of the food and drink was far too high, at least by 25%. A real shame as everything else was top drawer.

It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Good tea with milk, coffee, a hairdryer and other useful touches. The host was helpful and friendly.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Superior double with four poster and roll top bath was lovely. Overlooking high street but quiet. Bed was very comfy. Pillows were so huge for me but that's just me. Bath was really lovely. Loads of hot water too. Host was great, really friendly. Good if you are visiting chequer mead theatre.
Excellent value for money. Very clean room and everything we needed in the room. Mini fridge was very useful. Some 4 star hotels do not have them. Had a buffet breakfast which was very good. Very quiet location and not to far from the town centre. Will definitely return to this bed and breakfast again when we are visiting relatives in the area.
This was our 2nd visit and it was excellent - friendly and welcoming hosts; rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet; good space for parking. Very handy for Gatwick airport. Will book again.
The location was excellent, a lovely clean B&B. The host was extremely helpful. The room was clean with en suite, which suited our needs for an overnight stay. It was so quiet and peaceful!
Lovely cosy hotel in a quiet place. Room was very clean and comfortable. Service was perfect and the host was very attentive. I recommend to try traditional English breakfast for everyone!
Beautiful, well furnished, extremely clean, great host. I loved the old beams and the feeling of history while being furnished with a modern twist. On the high street and everything on the door stop, lots of little eating places and very quaint.
This is a great small guest house, with lovely hosts. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is set in a quiet residential area and only a short walk to the centre of town.
