Belmont House Boutique - the Kingsley collection, hotel in Duns

Featuring 5-star accommodation, Belmont House Boutique - the Kingsley collection is situated in Berwick-Upon-Tweed, 1.1 km from Spittal Beach and 1.4 km from The Maltings Theatre & Cinema.

The presentation of the whole place was quite unusual, but wonderful, and very inviting. Our room was a feast for the eyes! The bed was very big and extremely comfortable. Lots of toiletries and choice of drinks, including in-room fridge with fresh milk. The breakfast was served in our room, and was a really lovely selection of things (fresh fruit salad, souffle, croissants, scotch egg, orange juice etc.) - really set us up well for the day ahead. The owners were lovely - very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely 15-minute stroll down into the town in the evening. Plenty of on-street parking right outside. Wish we had been staying for longer than one night!

Fantastic property, beautifully furnished in a stunning location. We travelled to the area for the Scottish Open golf and to play some local courses. It took 55 mins to get to North Berwick for the Open, an easy journey with little traffic on the actual route. We travelled early for an 8:30am start and left late. The property is top quality and all the little details are taken care of. We had taken tea, coffee, milk, etc but needed none of it. The host text the key code prior to arrival and was always available by text.

The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished, quiet and well-equipped. The setting, in part of a secluded and rather grand manor house in its own ample grounds, is very beautiful and peaceful - more so than it looked from the photos. You can explore the grounds as you want. The host was friendly and helpful.

The house is wonderful. The host Anne is spectacular friendly and kind. We were amazed by the quietness of the house and the huge area we could explore with our kids. The rooms were clean and very fancy equipped. Our kids refused to leave the place. They simply loved it there.
