Good value for money. In refurbishment process so room only, but a good quantity of tea coffee and porridge were provided which met my needs. Convenient location, good views and town has some lovely pubs with delicious food.

    Lovely breakfast, great host, brilliant shower and ventilation, windows, hair dryer, clean bed and comfortable enough. Great value for money as we booked last minute passing through. No complaints.

    From the minute we arrive dteh property exceeded our expectations. Great hosts with lost of useful local information. The rooms are small but very comfortable and absolutely spotless. The bathrooms were immaculate and the downstarirs common areas were very well equipped with more than enough room for everyone. We loved our stay and will be back for sure. possible to walk there from local train station.

    First of all Mike and Carrie were great hosts, and were happy to care for all our requests. The place itself is a very charming manor house overlooking a river. The suite we got was very spacious. The location is excellent for all attractions in Snowdonia.
