Jame and Nadin are running recently this large guesthouse of 11 rooms. They are really very friendly and we could talk a lot. It is a100 yards on foot to the beach so 3mn. Parking free, large enough for all the rooms.The single room is small but with a large bed comfortable and ensuite (shower, sink and toilet). Hairdryer in the cupboard. TV. Wi-Fi . Boiler, tea and coffee free in the bedroom. Everything is totally clean. The bedsheets are immaculate. The room is like on Booking.com pictures . Breakfast continental in a very pleasant bright large room facing the garden. Only a cooked meal is an extra. They expect opening in this room a good restaurant, Jame being the Chef.
The price of the room and breakfast could not be cheaper. So I personally cannot complain at all. I had an excellent stay.

Communication before we arrived was great, the welcome we received was excellent along with recommendations of where to go to eat etc. we found the room very warm but we had a fan which made it ok, bed was so comfortable too.
St Edmunds Guest House features en suite rooms with free WiFi and large Smart TVs. The guest house is just 150 metres from the sea and it offers a free parking space for each room.

Everything was perfect - the attention to detail was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Roger and Linda were the best hosts. The breakfast was fantastic.

Where to start…owners Jo & Martin are lovely, welcoming and accommodating. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The little touches in our family room and around the B&B to make you feel looked after are so thoughtful, from the kids books/games, extra toiletries supply, blackout blind in our kids’ room, load of in-room storage - it all goes towards making your stay incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly cooked/presented and good quality, good selection of hot and cold options. Location is ideal with the beach at the end of the road. Couldn’t have asked for more, thank you.

I had a very comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Keith and Maggie. They were friendly, polite and courteous. When travelling alone it makes a huge difference.

Great chalet, great location and great hosts. Chalet is in a nice and quiet area. It is a short drive to Dartmouth and Blackpool sands beach. I found our stay very relaxing and everything you could need was in the chalet. The chalet was spotlessly clean. The hosts sent us all the information we needed promptly and were also contactable if needed. There is lots to do in the area but equally the park is well kept and maintained if you fancy a day reading your book and sitting in the sun. Highly recommend.
Jonathan and Suzanne were perfect hosts; accommodating our every need. Delightfully quirky decor - no vanilla in this house! Many little touches including fresh milk offered, and excellent granola and fresh fruit salad. Quiet but convenient location.

Beautiful B&B, the most relaxing place we have stayed in a long time. Quiet, beautifully maintained large garden. The breakfast which is a selection of muesli fresh fruit, yoghurts and the most yummy fresh warm pastries. Incredible and friendly hosts. Immaculately clean. Very impressed.
Noel is a great host and very welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Fabulous room with little fridge which was very handy. Great location, despite being near 2 pubs didn't hear any noise.
Great location, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated with attention to detail throughout. Modern but in keeping with Devons quaint charm. The host, Johnathan couldn’t do more for us, nothing was a bother. have already recommended to family members and would absolutely return. You can tell this b&b is ran with love and care, you couldn’t give your money to a nicer person.
