Located in the quiet hamlet of Sigingstone, a 10-minute drive from the coastal town of Llantwit Major, Victoria Inn is a family-run establishment with free Wi-Fi and home-made, traditional food.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available 7 days a week and produce is locally sourced whenever possible. In the bar, local ale and Italian coffee is served and there is a beer garden.

Breakfast very good. They have a good restaurant as well. We have served dinner as well and it was a good meal. The weather did not help so we cannot say too many things about the environment.

Nestled in the countryside, just 1.2 miles from the market town of Cowbridge, Glyndwr Vineyard is surrounded by lawns, orchards and a 6-acre vineyard. Guests can meet the resident llamas. Free parking is available onsite.

we stayed at the vineyard for the Easter weekend with my partner and our dog. everything was perfect, the room was cozy and had everything we needed. we would have loved to do the vineyard tour but didn’t want to leave our dog alone in the room, instead we tried some of their wines and beers and they were delicious. thank you very much for the hospitality, would definitely go back

Great House Guest House, a property with a garden and a shared lounge, is located in Llantwit Major, 2.8 km from Tresilian Bay Beach, 29 km from Cardiff Castle, as well as 30 km from Principality Stadium. The property is around 30 km from St David's Hall, 31 km from Motorpoint Arena Cardiff and 33 km from Cardiff Bay. The guest house provides quiet street views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available.

The location of the Great House is perfect, and is one of the reasons I picked it. It is a unique historical building and has an atmospheric charm; such a refreshing change from so much accommodation. There is easy access to Cardiff by train and the station is only a short walk away. Llantwit has a lovely rocky beach which is only a relatively short walk away and the countryside around Llantwit is well worth exploring. It is a village with a great community feeling and everything you could hope to find in a small place. The breakfast offered at the Great House is tailored to the needs of the guests and is a great start to an active day. Also excellent WiFi which one doesn't necessarily get in that sort of a location. I have been lucky enough to travel the world a great deal and have stayed in a great variety of accommodation and I would very rarely give such high praise.

The Golden Mile Country Inn is located in the Vale of Glamorgan and features a restaurant, bar and a terrace with countryside views.

Hiking is among the activities that guests can enjoy near The Golden Mile Country Inn, which is only 8 km from the Heritage Coast and 26 km from Cardiff.

The hotel staff were great and we really enjoyed our dinner. We were late arriving due to traffic problems, but they held our table in the restaurant, even though it was quite busy when we arrived. Judging by how full the car park was, the restaurant is very popular with locals - and it's in a lovely location. Room was very nice.

The location was beautiful, the peace was amazing. The barn is superb, we would love to live there full time, Everything was absolutely spot on. We could not fault anything. We even enjoyed watching them doing the bales on the fields while we sat on the patio area. The thing that struck us aswell was the toiletries there...there were even combs and razors and sanitary pads etc....such thoughtfulness. And what was nice too....Just eat worked so the 2 boys were happy 😊 But in all seriousness, its a beautiful place with a lovely walk too, and you can't fault the facilities. 10/10 from us all

We absolutely loved the Bear Hotel and always make reservations there when we visit Wales. The rooms are charming with a mix of old and modern furniture, the bathrooms are updated and the showers have good water pressure, important if you have long hair! The breakfast is served in an adorable restaurant immediately across the st with delicious coffee and an array of breakfast foods , cooked to order. The owner and his staff are incredibly attentive and you are not rushed at all! Everything is quaint and charming as well as delicious!

Great location in a small village and therefore lovely and quiet BUT even though tucked away the restaurant was packed, so a very popular place. The food was excellent, which explains why it was packed! Never had roast lamb like it...more steaks than slices!

A quite exceptional 'boutique' hotel. Only two rooms so book up early if you want to experience this hotel! beautifully furnished and finished bedroom, comfortable, spacious and quiet (despite being above a thriving country 'pub'). And the food served in the restaurant (again best to book in advance) - by Rock & Scallop - was worthy of Michelin stars. Simply put - "Excellent"
