The location was perfect and the room was great, small but enough. You had everything you really needed. Shower/toilet, tvs, beds and a small microwave and sink. It was cosy and I liked being left to my own devices rather than have to be near staff all of the time.

Host’s Maria and Nick were great. Cloves Boutique B&B was spotlessly clean throughout. There were no problems finding a parking space outside the Guest house, which was great. Breakfast menu was incredible and breakfast was lovely each morning. Good location and close to the beach and all amenities. What more could you ask for.
Getting in at 12 was great but room homely with lovely decor a lovely change from usual bland rooms out there.Host debbie was great location great really quiet at night .lovely gardens to sit in.
Tony & Helen are lovely people and great hosts. Very friendly & accommodating. The guesthouse is extremely comfortable, as is the room. The wi-fi worked without any issue. It is close to the seafront and amenities. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection. A very nice stay. Thank you. 😊
The location is excellent, close to the sea front but quiet. The car park nearby is cheap and secure. The property was SPOTLESS throughout, very sweet and functional space. It was comfortable, warm, and had everything you needed. The host was absolutely lovely and couldn't do more for us, the property felt very secure.
Lovely front room, good size TV & fridge in room greeted with chocolate's on bed on arrival as a welcome gift, great location everything within walking distance, Parking @ rear of hotel & great hosts breakfast included & was great offered a good variety. Rooms very modern & clean.
Ideal for a stop over, hosts were friendly and helpful and allowed us to park on their own drive as no spaces left at guest house. Beds were nice and comfortable. Quiet area. Nice breakfast. Was lovely to sit and watch the birds on the feeder outside the window in dining room while having breakfast. The bathroom was huge ,with a power shower and very deep bath which was fantastic as i like a bath and my partner prefers a shower. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, would definitely stay again.
