Nice, clean room. Handy for buses to Liverpool centre and Dock area. Don’t be put off by the outside in a terraced street. It was very nice inside with all I needed.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great hotel and very nice comfortable room. It’s a nice quiet location.
The manageress is lovely and very helpful
The restaurant has a very good selection of Italian food.
Room was spacious and comfortable. It was in a nice quiet location giving us a good nights sleep. In the morning we were provided with an excellent breakfast. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend it.
A nice quiet single room with very comfy bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside table, tea coffee and water, and small tv. Ensuite was bath with shower over and toiletries provided. Gluten free options available but did not eat here as was out visiting relatives.
Absolutely fantastic staff, lovely play areas for our grandson. Not far away from a train station to get into Liverpool, worked out a lot cheaper than a hotel in the city centre! Great breakfast and evening meals.
Our stay was great, Jennifer and Ian were super accomodating. Communication right from the off was swift and friendly. There was a generous welcome box left out for us, with milk, butter and a few other bits in the fridge (much appreciated after a long drive!) They even put up a tree and some decorations as our stay was over Christmas.
The house was in a great location close to local amenities but was also nice and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Very happy with everything. Many thanks!
Lovely, helpful staff, the room and bathroom were spotless, excellent breakfast and great location: quiet, but close to the station. Highly recommend.
