We had a 4 night stay at the Viking Hotel, which is the usual period for us.
The room was a small double with a toilet and shower, tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished daily or on request. It was very clean and ideal for a couple. Breakfast was very good with cereal, fruit juice, tea or coffee and english cooked with toast.
Sue and Clare, the cook, were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. There is some parking to the side of the Viking hotel where you can leave your vehicle and have a short walk into Bridlington centre or the beach and harbour area. Miles the owner is also very friendly and approachable.
If we where to visit Bridlington again for a short stay, then the Viking would be my first choice for accomodation.

Lovely room. Great location opposite the spa. Owners live on site and will do anything to help. Stuart even gave myself and grandkids a lift to the train station when we couldn't get a taxi. Will be staying again.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Really excellent old-fashioned guest house with great hosts. My veggie breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless, the wi-fi was excellent and parking though on-road was never a problem. I always got within 50 yards at most.

Helen and Pete are great hosts, welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The accomodation was in a great location just a short walk from everything. Our room was a lovely size, clean with tea, coffee etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and had a great nights sleep. We had our own private bathroom next to our room. Breakfast was amazing! Beautiful cooked breakfast that kept us going all day! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will certainly stay there again.
