Situated in Braunton, in a historic building, 24 km from Lundy Island, The Brookfield is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. It is located 24 km from Royal North Devon Golf Club and features room service. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

Lovely welcome from our host, Chris, who was lovely with our grandson, showing him the family guinea pigs. The family room we had was huge, with a spacious en suite. Everything was super clean, and breakfast was served to the conservatory table; a tray piled with cereals, fruit, yogurts, toast and warm croissants was plentiful, and the coffee was fresh and refills were happily provided. Chris also catered for a gluten free eater with gf crumpets and granola. The house is a one minute walk from all the shops and places to eat in Braunton-, which is a really nice village. Off road parking was useful, and the gorgeous beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay area both only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Situated centrally so easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Main house is on the main road but this annexe is situated behind the house and we heard no road noise at all. Lovely, modern, roomy accommodation, clean and beautifully decorated. Nothing was too much trouble for the host.

Friendly, helpful hosts. Very much as advertised. All clean and well set up. A surprising amount of breakfast food type items left by the hosts eg eggs, cereals, milk, juice. This could be better clarified at the time of booking / near arrival to then simplify our shopping before our arrival. A full oven but no microwave. The king size bed (up the stairs) was appreciated. If a longer stay, so would the in unit access to the washing machine. In a quiet location. The area deserves at least a 2 night stop.

We just returned from a fantastic few days at this charming hidden property. The hosts (who live next door) were amazing, especially the 2 boys who spent a lot of time playing with our son. The house has everything you need and is comfortable and clean. The outdoor space and quiet idyllic setting really help you to unwind & relax. Also being so close to Braunton was really great if you need to pop out for food shopping. Would highly recommend and we hope to return back soon :-)
