Situated in Bradford on Avon, 11 km from University of Bath, The George features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This 4-star inn features free WiFi and a bar. The property is non-smoking and is located 13 km from Bath Spa Train Station.

What a lovely place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The people and the service are amazing, 10+ out of 10. Not only did they help get our luggage up the stairs, they found umbrellas for us to use on our outings and were there at every turn for anything we might need. The bar staff are super friendly and the cook was amazing. Breakfast is the best I've had, and there were several menu items to choose from. We stayed in the small apartment and really enjoyed having a separate area to watch TV and relax. All in all, we loved our stay here. We would like to return again some day and spend more time with these wonderful people. They truly are the best! ❤️

Our bed and breakfast guest suites are individually styled & each has its own front door key giving you the independence to come and go as you please, breakfast is served each morning in the elegant farmhouse dining room overlooking gardens and woodland and offers a choice of hot and cold dishes, sourced from local producers and award winning specialists and special dietary needs can be catered for with advance notice.

Helen's breakfasts were excellent! Locally sourced sausages, bacon, eggs and all the other foods were fresh and tasty! This property is off the main road, thus very peaceful and relaxing. A great pub is only minutes away! Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. This is an active farm, and we loved the sheep and animals nearby, with the big event being witness to a new-born lamb! If you enjoy hiking, stay here as there are so many trails to explore. Bath, Bradford, and many other sites are very close-by as well. Highly recommended!!!!

The inn is so charming with lovely gardens and a warm homey feel in our room as well as the restaurant/pub. Breakfast was delicious as were the meat pies and all the meals the chef prepared for us. Everyone, especially Carly, Brandon and Layla were happy to help us with anything we asked. Thank you all for a perfect first trip to the English countryside!

A traditional 18th-century country inn, the uniquely named Lion and Fiddle is situated in the village of Hilperton. With a bar and restaurant, it is only a 5-minute drive from Trowbridge town centre and train station, which has services to Bath.

Breakfast was good , unfortunately the road into the village was closed, 2 mile detour each time , at least that won’t be there for long .

This was a great place to stay. The room was huge with plenty of space, very comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom and very quiet location. Cherie is a very friendly host, we had the continental breakfast which was superb! We caught the handy bus into Bath and enjoyed excellent meals at the local pub. Definitely recommend staying here.

Charming venue. Spotless and delightfully appointed. The host and staff are all extremely friendly and the breakfast menu is excellent. I have stayed there before and recommended it to four other members of my family, who have all fallen in love with it and will definitely be back.

This was a lovely property full of character and charm in beautifully converted steading/ outbuildings. The central courtyard garden was beautiful and we loved our breakfast in the converted barn. The owner and his family were great hosts, very friendly and welcoming as was little Flo the dog. We felt Widbrook Barns was excellent value for money, the cheapest property on our twelve day trip and probably our favourite,
