We had a large room with pleasant decor and large fluffy towels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good - close to shops, cafes and the Promenade. We could walk to all the sites. The railway station was also within easy walking distance.
The Pissarro restaurant was more like a cosy English pub. Very inviting and reasonably priced.
