very welcoming close to ellingham hall where we were at a wedding. cafe reasonably priced clean large beds huge bathroom bath and shower living room very cosy. small but adequate kitchen with everything you need. would definitely recommend.

The bed was comfortable with clean bedding. The room was in a property in a good location in the centre of Alnwick within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions. The TV was good. The owner was friendly, helpful and quick to reply to queries. Free parking (in a car park close by). A couple of complementary biscuits & chocolates which was nice. It was fine for one night.

Location was very good with only a short walk to the centre of Seahouses, which had very good food options. Parking at the front of the property was also well managed. The bathroom had a good shower and bed was comfortable. Good tea & coffee facilities and fresh milk / water in the small fridge under the desk. Good sized TV was also a nice addition to the room. Recommendations for good places to eat was also helpful.

This was the most beautiful room that we had during our stay in the UK. The room is modern, the shower is great, you have one parking spot per room and the hand soap is luxurious. The host, Andrew, is a nice guy as well and greeted us with a lot of hospitality. We did not had the time to experience the region (as we were going back to the ferry), but I’m sure we’ll stay once more at Andrew’s if we do explore the region.

The location is great by the harbour. It was easy to park and very quiet. It is a short walk into town with plenaty of bars and restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Sally the host and the lovely Minky were superb. Very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing really top quality and very filling. The house is lovely and so quiet. Great location just 7 miles from Alnwick. Great pub 5 min walk away.

This is a wonderfully comfortable guest house with everything needed for a comfortable stay. But best of all is the host, who could not have been more charming and helpful. Oh, the breakfast was first-rate too. Highly recommended!
This was our second time here and we stayed in the pod for 2 with a bath - it’s so well thought out and the decor is really beautiful. Great location with a short distance to a lot of local areas/attractions which the host had spent a lot of time highlighting in the handy information book. There is also some walks around the farm which was good for us with our reactive dog as it was a lot quieter than many of the local areas & beaches
Fantastic, quiet, boutique hotel, in the heart of Alnwick, close to numerous quaint seaside & harbour front villages, a great place to stay.
Free parking at the rear also provided.
