We have stayed at l'Instant Bleu before. Francois is an excellent host and goes above and beyond in hospitality. Breakfasts are superb, especially sitting by the pool in the sunshine. We love the location and the quiet surroundings. And it is so useful to have the separate covered area with fridge and cooking facilities. We will be returning.

This was a super property, probably worth more than a ten. Flo has really thought about how to meet her guests needs in every way, from the power points beside the bed and elsewhere, to additional hooks in the bathroom. A very comfortable bed with linen bed wear. Great shower and bathroom. Easy off street parking, secure property. A bonus was the full shared kitchen and communal living space for her guests. It was warm, dry and exceptionally well appointed. Communication with Flo was easy and timely. Location was good to get to La Rochelle, or local shops and restaurants 10 minutes away. This is the best place we’ve stayed in 5 months of travel this year.

The room was really comfortable, with lots of space and great bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and the hostess was very nice. Not far from the city center, it was really pretty to walk there.

I recently stayed at La Rochelle & L'Aunis B&B and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast and dinner were delightful, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The hosts were really fantastic and great cooks as well ! Very helpful and did everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. The room was very spacy, very well decorated and the beds felt like being in heaven.
And the location was also superb, quiet in a small pretty village, and only 20 min drive away from La Rochelle.

Beautiful property, well looked after and tastefully decorated. Family of 4 (2 teenagers and two adults) and the room allocated to us was very spacious. Nice details in every corner. Fantastic hosts and delightful dinner and breakfast. We will return!
Everything. The little cottage we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It was in a very quiet area not far from La Rochelle. Katia ( the owner ) was a lovely host and our daily petit dejeuner was delicious. We only speak school French and Katia only a little English but we managed. Would definitely stay there again.
charming conversion done with care and quality. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a beautiful garden round the pool and a number of different places to it, in sun or shade as you please. Katie does a marvellous breakfast and takes care to find out in advance what sort of breakfast you prefer. She will then serve it to you either in the apartment or in the garden. Her English is limited, as is my French, but with light hearted cheerfulness we both made ourselves understood. We would certainly go back there again.
