We loved the ambiance of Petra and Eddy’s property. The decorations and layout of the home are very cozy & you feel calm and at home. We enjoyed spending some time in the garden with the cat, Zelda, as well. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the garden and neighbors’ horses. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed conversation with Petra (Eddy was out of town). I would come back for a longer stay; this trip we passed by Vernon for only one night on a biking trip. The breakfast was amazing and the kindness of Suren and Jonathan was exceptional. The last day of our trip we did not request the breakfast because we had to leave very early and anyway they prepared us some pancakes, fruit and coffee/tea to start the trip with a full stomach :-) The garden at the back is spectacular, I ate a lot of cherries. And the location between Giverny and Vernon is very good. Also you have a lot of pathways to have a walk around just aside the river. And last but not least, the suggestions of Suren and Jonathan about the close points of interest and what to do around were pretty good.

Very peaceful location - we didn't see another person or car go by on the road! The accommodation was cozy and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the owners even left some local cider for us! We had our breakfast outside and had the garden to ourselves (apart from the two friendly chickens and the chilled cat) ☺️ Very easy self check-in and -out.
