The room is clean, tidy, and quiet. The bed is comfortable. a very nice place to rest in the travel. Especially the host is very considerate, the cooking materials are provided well, including oil, salt and other seasonings, very convenient to make simple food, which relieves the travel tiredness a lot. We will live in the place again if we come to Paris in the future.
The apartment was very comfortable, well located and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were excellent and very friendly, meeting us on arrival (waiting for us when we arrived late due to a train cancellation) and departure and ensuring that everything was well set up so we could enjoy a fantastic stay in their home. The location is great, as it is close to supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries (we recommend Aux Delices D'amandine) and to the Metro 11 (i.e., it is easy to get into Paris).
The host was very friendly and attentive. On the first day, despite us arriving at night, the host was awake, available to chat, checking if we were able to checkout.
The location is quite convenient - it's few minutes from a metro and this station is still in the 1st zone, meaning the cheapest ticket works for it.
There are also some nice cafe's around as well as some groceries.
The cleaning lady was really kind to us. The room is small, but comfortable. Having the shower in the room made the stay more comfortable. It is very connected to the city centre, 30 mins from Ile de France with public means of transports.
The property was a littlw bit cheaper than other options and it was supposed to have the metro station close but on the week that I visited the metro station was closed because some renovations were happening.
Great location, nice room, clean. super friendly staff, quiet. great value for money.
