Perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the centre, Maison Manège is a delightful place to stay; halfway between a guesthouse and hotel, it is beautifully appointed, comfortable, spotlessly clean and provides a warm welcome. Excellent breakfast too. It felt very much like staying as guests in a private home

beautiful room, great bed and breakfast style with the privacy of a hotel. clear host communication, and Monsieur Pompom was great
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The house is located very nearby Bordeaux which is awesome. It has a beautiful garden, it’s spacious and it’s peaceful. The host was accommodating, friendly and flexible which is nice.
Very friendly reception and host interaction, perfectly neat and clean on arrival with enough space and bedding for 4 people. Outside seating and barbecue available for use which was unexpected
Superb location, the accommodation was better than the pictures! Lovely host and dog 🥰. Simply beautiful place outside Bordeaux but close by the city and the wine regions!
Our hosts were wonderfully welcoming. They were great company. Had some lovely chats by the fire and found out all about the house and its history. It was also really special to have the hamam after a long day's drive. Would definitely recommend!
This place has all you need. It's very quiet and you feel like you have the garden and pool all for yourself. The cottage is well equipped for a long stay, it's easy to self-cater. The pool is large, the sunbeds very comfortable. Annick and Marc are the perfect hosts. Inside you find a complete guide to the area they themselves assembled and also plenty of guidebooks and leaflets ... It's wonderfull to see the sun set over the garden from your own private porch ...
